Assemble the Pizza: Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with shredded BBQ chicken, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and optional goat or cheddar cheese.
Bake: Place pizza in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro or green onions. Slice and serve hot, with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
