Ingredients
β’ 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
β’ 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
β’ 1 tbsp oil
β’ Β½ onion, sliced
β’ Β½ cup sliced mushrooms
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ 1β2 tbsp soy sauce or steak sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat steak dry and season generously with Chef Bae Seasoning.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steak bites for 2β3 minutes per side until browned and juicy. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add butter, onions, and mushrooms. SautΓ© until soft and caramelized.
5. Add steak bites back to the pan, splash of soy or steak sauce if using, toss well, and remove from heat.![]()

β’ Zucchini slices
β’ Bell peppers (any color)
β’ Carrot slices

β’ 1 tbsp oil
β’ 1β2 tbsp stir-fry sauce or soy sauce
β’ Splash of water

1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add veggies and sautΓ© for 4β5 minutes.
3. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning and stir well.

EASY FRIED RICE
Ingredients
β’ 2 cups cooked day-old rice
β’ 1 egg
β’ 2 tbsp oil
β’ ΒΌ cup diced carrots
β’ ΒΌ cup diced onion
β’ 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
β’ ΒΌ cup corn (optional)
β’ Soy sauce to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Scramble egg, remove and set aside.
3. Add veggies and sautΓ© until soft.
4. Add rice, Chef Bae Seasoning, and soy sauce. Stir fry until heated through.
5. Add egg back in, mix well, and turn off heat.
