Three-Ingredient Pot Roast: Your Go-To Cheat Meal

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle the ranch, Italian dressing, and brown gravy packets directly onto the roast.

  3. Pour the water around the sides of the roast (not on top to avoid washing off the seasonings).

  4. If using vegetables, place them around the roast.

  5. Cover and cook:

    • Low: 8 hours

    • High: 4–5 hours
      Cook until the roast is tender and shreds easily with a fork.

  6. Shred the roast with two forks and mix it back into the juices before serving.
