Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Wrap the tenderloin evenly with bacon slices, tucking the ends underneath if needed.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped pork for 2–3 minutes per side until bacon begins to crisp.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep the juices locked in.
