Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and immediately place the bread slices on top while the eggs are still soft.
Carefully flip the bread and eggs, folding the eggs over the bread. Add cheese and ham on top.
