Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained and flaked

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

  2. Form into patties.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
