Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained and flaked 
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 
- 1 egg, beaten 
- 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- Oil for frying 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined. 
- Form into patties. 
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
