- Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions and prepare the crust in a 9-inch pie pan. 
Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. 
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent. 
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry jelly until smooth. 
Assemble the Pie:
- Pour a small layer of the filling into the prepared crust. 
- Arrange fresh strawberries over the bottom layer. 
- Pour the remaining filling over the strawberries, gently smoothing it out. 
Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2–3 hours, until fully set. 
- Slice and serve chilled for the best flavor.
