Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions and prepare the crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
Prepare the Filling:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent.
Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry jelly until smooth.
Assemble the Pie:
Pour a small layer of the filling into the prepared crust.
Arrange fresh strawberries over the bottom layer.
Pour the remaining filling over the strawberries, gently smoothing it out.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2–3 hours, until fully set.
Slice and serve chilled for the best flavor.
