In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Stir in Rice Krispies and powdered sugar until fully combined.
Form the Balls:
Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Coat in Chocolate:
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip each Rice Krispie ball in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Set:
Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.

Enjoy chilled or at room temperature as a crunchy, sweet snack.
