Season the cube steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dredge each steak in flour, then dip in beaten eggs mixed with milk, and coat again with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry steaks 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain, then mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Make Gravy
In the same skillet used for frying steaks, add 3 tbsp butter or use pan drippings.
Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Prepare Veggies
Steam or sauté green beans until tender, seasoning lightly with salt, pepper, and butter.
Slice fresh garden tomatoes to serve on the side.
5. Plate & Serve
Serve chicken fried steak topped with creamy gravy alongside mashed potatoes, green beans, and fresh tomatoes.
