Classic Comfort Meal: Caesar Salad, Spaghetti with Ground Beef, Fried Fish & Garlic Cheese Bread

1. Caesar Salad: Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle croutons and Parmesan on top. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Spaghetti with Ground Beef: Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 15–20 minutes. Toss sauce with cooked spaghetti and serve hot.
3. Fried Fish: Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs or cornmeal. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry fish 3–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges.
4. Garlic Cheese Bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread butter and minced garlic evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
