Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a glaze.
Bake for 55â65 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
2. Make the Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15â20 minutes.
Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.

In a small saucepan, melt butter or use pan drippings from the meatloaf.

Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15â20 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
5. Cook the Peas and Carrots
Steam or boil peas and carrots until tender, about 5â7 minutes.
Toss with butter and season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve
Slice the meatloaf and serve alongside mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted broccoli, and peas and carrots for a complete, hearty meal.
