Classic Southern Dinner: Salmon Patties, Soup Beans, Cornbread, Mustard Greens & Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mustard greens, washed and chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or bacon drippings

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add mustard greens and cook until wilted and tender, 5–7 minutes.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, and optional vinegar.
