Ingredients:
1 lb mustard greens, washed and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil or bacon drippings
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add mustard greens and cook until wilted and tender, 5–7 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional vinegar.
