Ingredients:
- 1 lb mustard greens, washed and chopped 
- 1 tbsp olive oil or bacon drippings 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar 
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. 
- Add mustard greens and cook until wilted and tender, 5–7 minutes. 
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional vinegar.
