Cook the Pasta
Boil the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Salmon
Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the salmon for 2–3 minutes per side, until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, and (optional) red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine Everything
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
Add the salmon pieces on top.
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy immediately.
