Clean the Pig Feet: Rinse thoroughly in warm water with vinegar or lemon juice to remove any odor.
Boil: Place pig feet in a pot, cover with water, and add salt, pepper, and a few garlic cloves. Boil for 1½–2 hours until tender. (Or use a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes.)
Prepare the Sauce: In a pan, heat oil or butter over medium heat. Sauté onion, remaining garlic, and sliced bell peppers for 5 minutes until fragrant.
Combine: Add the boiled pig feet to the pan and stir well.
Add Cream: Pour in coconut milk or fresh cream and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Adjust Flavor: Taste and add soy sauce, bouillon, or additional salt and pepper as needed.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot with rice, yam, or plantains.
