- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil. 
Prepare Coatings:
- In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. 
- In another dish, beat the eggs with milk. 
- Place the flour in a third dish. 
Coat the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. 
- Dip into the egg mixture, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. 
Sear the Chicken:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 
- Cook chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown. 
Bake:
- Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking dish. 
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken. 
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
