Place frozen or fresh meatballs into the Crock Pot.
Mix the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix. Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
Add Butter and Pepperoncini:
Place the stick of butter on top of the meatballs. Add pepperoncini peppers if desired for a bit of heat.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
Serve:
Stir the sauce to coat the meatballs before serving. Enjoy as an appetizer or over rice or mashed potatoes.
