Line an 8Ć8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Lightly spray the sides with nonstick butter spray to prevent sticking.
Melt the Butter:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Once the butter is melted, stir in the chocolate chips.
Continue stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Combine with Cereal:
Remove the saucepan from heat.
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and kosher salt to the chocolate mixture.
Stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer to Pan:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
Cool and Set:
Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
