Easy Salmon Patties with Fried Potatoes and Green Beans

  1. Prepare Salmon Patties: In a bowl, combine the salmon (with liquid), egg, and crumbled saltine crackers. Mix gently until combined. If too mushy, add a few more crackers. Form into patties.
