Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan or small round cake pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in the melted butter while whisking to combine.
