Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out to rest on top of the shell.
Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush Lobster: Generously brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat.
Cook Lobster:
Option 1 – Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes until lobster meat is opaque.
Option 2 – Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook lobster tails meat-side down for 5–6 minutes, then flip and cook 4–5 minutes more.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the lobster tails and serve immediately with any remaining garlic butter.
