Hearty Crockpot Taco Soup

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat with chopped onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  2. Transfer the cooked meat and onion mixture to a slow cooker.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans, corn, taco seasoning, and broth. Stir until combined.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until the soup is hot and flavors are well combined.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, or crushed tortilla chips.
