How to store lemons to keep them fresh for longer and don’t make them moldy

If during the summer you stocked up on lemons and now you don’t want to risk going bad sooner than expected, here’s how you could solve it! Do you have lemons in the pantry and you are thinking about how to store them so as not to throw them too early or just squeezed? Here are all the tricks you were looking for to store juice and rind in the best way possible.

In the ice cubes

We start by taking two, three lemons and grabbing the rind. Once grated we also squeeze the juice and then we pour everything, both zest and juice, inside each cube of the classic ice container. At this point, we put in the freezer. After the time we have to extract the ice cubes and then put it all in a resealable glass container or inside a silicone coolant bag and put it back in the freezer again.
