1. Beat the First Ingredients
In a blender, combine the eggs, butter (or margarine), condensed milk, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and well combined.
2. Add Milk and Sugar
Pour in 500 ml of milk and, if desired, 3 tablespoons of sugar. Blend again until fully incorporated.
3. Add the Flour
Add 1 cup of wheat flour to the mixture. Blend until the dough is smooth and well mixed.
4. Transfer to a Refractory Dish
Grease a refractory dish with butter and lightly dust with wheat flour. Pour the prepared batter into the dish.
5. Bake in a Water Bath
Place the refractory dish inside a larger pan filled with hot water. This creates a steam effect, ensuring the cake stays soft and moist.
6. Bake the Cake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. The cake should be golden brown and set in the center.
7. Cool and Serve
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Slice and enjoy the velvety, soft texture.
