Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a deep-dish pie plate.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, Bisquick, sage, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 6: Combine Cheese
Stir 2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese into the sausage and vegetable mixture in the skillet.
Save about ½ cup of cheese for topping.
