Oven-Baked Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil – A One-Pan Seafood Feast

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables and Sausage:
Arrange the halved potatoes, corn pieces, and sliced sausage on the sheet pan. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.

  3. Bake the First Round:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and starting to brown.

  4. Add the Shrimp:
Remove the pan from the oven, add the shrimp on top, and toss everything together lightly. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges for squeezing.
