Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil.
Cook the Chicken:
Oven-Roasting: Place chicken on a baking sheet. Roast breasts for 25–30 minutes, or a whole chicken for 40–45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Pan-Searing: Cook skin-side down for 5–7 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook another 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
