Seafood Fried Rice

A savory, flavorful fried rice dish with succulent shrimp and perfectly seasoned vegetables. Tender rice, juicy shrimp, and bold seasonings make each bite irresistible!

Ingredients

For the Fried Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold, day-old rice works best)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped (red, green, or both)

  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup frozen peas (optional)

  • 1/4 cup carrots, diced

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

For the Grilled Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
