Shrimp-Stuffed Jalapeños – Spicy, Cheesy, and Irresistible

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, and crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Stuff the Jalapeños

  1. Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.

  2. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: Bake & Serve

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.

  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chives. Serve warm.
