- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, and crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined. 
Step 3: Stuff the Jalapeños
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously. 
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet. 
Step 4: Bake & Serve
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender. 
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chives. Serve warm.
