Slow Cooker Beer Bratwurst with Onions & Peppers

  1. Layer the sliced onions and bell peppers in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. Place the bratwursts on top of the vegetables.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Pour the beer over the bratwursts and vegetables.

  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on top.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the bratwursts are fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite condiments, mustard, or sauerkraut.
