In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, oil, milk, butter, and ghee. Mix thoroughly and knead until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
Divide and Shape:
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Stretch each portion into a flat rectangle. Brush with melted butter and roll it into a log. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Form the Rolls:
Roll up each log and brush with butter. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make small cuts on top of each roll. Let sit for 1 hour to allow the dough to rise.
Add Topping:
Brush the risen rolls with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on top.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
