Spicy Bacon Jalapeño Chicken Cheese Ball


Seed and finely dice the jalapeño. Chop the green onions (or chives) and crumble the cooked bacon.

  • Mix the Base:
    In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and chicken. Mix until evenly blended.

  • Shape the Cheese Ball:
    Form the mixture into a firm ball using your hands or plastic wrap.

  • Coat in Bacon:
    Roll the cheese ball in the crumbled bacon until fully covered.

  • Chill:
    Place the cheese ball in the refrigerator and chill until firm, about 1 hour.

  • Bake and Serve:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes, until warmed through and lightly golden. Serve warm with crackers, bread slices, or fresh veggies.
