- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- Sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 3–4 minutes. 
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. 
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with cream cheese, salt, pepper, and ground garlic until smooth. 
- Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion, along with the grated mozzarella. 
Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish. 
- Pour the egg mixture into the dish. 
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden. 
Serve:
- Slice into portions and serve warm.
