  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 3–4 minutes.

  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    • In a bowl, beat the eggs with cream cheese, salt, pepper, and ground garlic until smooth.

    • Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion, along with the grated mozzarella.

  • Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

    • Pour the egg mixture into the dish.

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
