- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside. 
- Season the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. 
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through. 
- Add Sauce: Pour the gochujang sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. 
- Simmer: Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 6–8 minutes until the sauce thickens, becomes sticky, and the chicken is cooked through. 
- Serve: Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
