1. Prep the Ribs
Pat ribs dry with paper towels.
Remove the silver membrane on the back (optional but recommended).
Cut ribs into 2-bone sections for easier handling.
Place on a baking tray lined with foil.
2. Bake Low and Slow
Cover ribs with foil and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway.
This process ensures ribs become tender without drying out.
3. Make the Sticky Honey Garlic Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine:
honey
soy sauce
brown
sugar
minced garlic
vinegar
red pepper flakes
optional orange juice
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Stir in butter at the end for extra shine.
4. Glaze & Caramelize
Remove ribs from the oven and discard any juices on the tray.
Brush or spoon glaze generously over each rib.
Increase oven to broil (450°F / 230°C).
Return glazed ribs to oven for 5–7 minutes, flipping and brushing again halfway for maximum stickiness.
