- Prepare the BBQ Sauce: In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and honey or brown sugar if using. Set aside. 
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill. Place chicken pieces skin-side down and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, turning occasionally to avoid burning. 
- Add the Glaze: When the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), brush generously with the prepared BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. 
- Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
