1. Water Test:
Place the egg in a bowl of water:
If it sinks and lies flat → it’s fresh.
If it tilts or floats → it’s old or spoiled.
2. Smell Test:
Crack the egg into a separate bowl. A strong, unpleasant odor means the egg is unsafe.
3. Visual Check:
Fresh yolk: round, firm, and bright.
Fresh white: clear or slightly cloudy, not watery or strangely colored.
